Mr Boots: Black Cat![]() Mr Boots is a black moggie cat from an animal rescue. He's only got one ear and lost his tail in an accident (seven lives left, phew). His family are very fond of his antics - despite his feline genetics, he thinks he's a dog - but have requested that he wipes his feet before tramping mud all over their cream carpets. |
Nelson: Bernese Mountain Dog![]() Nelson is a pedigree Bernese Mountain Dog with a penchant for scruffiness and headbutting his owners. While he's not running on the beach, he keeps a keen eye out for left over food, roast beef being his particular favourite. |
Babycham: Ferret![]() Babycham is a ferret with lofty ambition: she loves to climb trees. If there are no trees handy she will encourage her human owners to chase her by hooting and chirping at them; she cheats slightly in this competition by mixing the soppy gaze of a dog (puppy dog eyes) with the entertaining mischief of a ferret, but she's a sweetie, so we forgive her. |
Willow: Red Kneed Tarantula, Spider![]() Willow is a fussy Tarantula who will spend hours arranging her home just so. She can be aloof when the mood takes her, but she will often spend time happily climbing over her owner's hands when feeling friendly |

Answer: We'll know when the competition finishes... and the competition is wide open: a staff member at a UK dog magazine said she thought that cats were the most charismatic pets. So Webfluff checked with a UK cat magazine, and they thought that spiders have the most charisma. Surprised? So were we but they have a point (for sheer knee trembling presence, can you beat a huge spider?) and now we can't wait until the results are available. Naturally, if you think your pet has charisma, whatever it's breed or type, we'd recommend you enter the competition. |
